From the production design and effects team who brought us movies such as "The Chronicles of Narnia", "King Kong" and "The Lord of The Rings" trilogy and based on famous New Zealand television mini series of the same name, "Under The Mountain" tells a journey of a pair of twins, Rachel and Theo Matheson.
This movie was actually last year show follows after the chronicle of Narnia. I went to gurney hoping to get two tickets of Alice In Wonderlands 3D but they were selling fast so I watched 'Under The Mountain' instead. I thought It was okay, It is not bad.. Yet, not quite a 'wow' factor to me. It was still good to watch, though. Go watch.
Here some synopsis: When teenage twins Rachel and Theo Matheson investigate the creepy old house next door, they discover the Wilberforces - shape-shifting creatures that lurk beneath Auckland's ring of extinct volcanoes. Guided by the mysterious Mr Jones and with the help of their older cousin Ricky, the twins must rekindle the unique powers they once shared if they are to destroy this ancient evil - before it destroys them.
After that, I took my first visit to PASTAMANIA, just right next to the theater. The food was actually not that bad. In fact, It was better than what I'd Imagined. At least they have better taste of garlic breads and enriched chicken soup If compared to pizza hut. I didn't order the pizza but I took the pasta and tasted the chicken rice *thumbs up* They will get my third thumbs if I somehow get the extra thumb.. maybe from someone else's hand? *shrug
