Yesterday, I bought this headset and only realized this is not what I want. It does not have built-in Mic and volume control like what the salesman told me.
Well most goods are not refundable and that piece of junk cost me 56 dolor. Even worst, the stereo and bass sux the hell out of it! FYI, I bought one RM45 headset and barely pass one month, the whole wire came off! So I did what I have to do.. I went back to the shop but I couldn't find the salesman and I know I was flared. Without wasting a time, I went straight to the cashier and sprayed my venom right away. Poor guy )=

That's the separated cord, this is not what I want and where is the volume control? And look, there's a scratch on the mic and also the both sides, obviously It is used and probably second-hand good!
But this whole thing is packed by the company itself.

I bought one headset from your shop last month and the whole wire came off, BUT I lost my resit. Now I came with my receipt but I couldn't claim for anything? Is It the more expensive It gets the easier It gets broken?
My twins brother couldn't help but chuckle over my choice of words.. Of course, his evil twins is back! He use to be the one who did the dirty job for me but this time he believes that most goods are not exchangeable, he almost have a bet with me. But he was right, 'WARRANTY' does not include broken high pitch or careless user who pull off the whole wire (It was me btw).. Then wth does this 'WARRANTY' helps with customer guarantee anyway?
At the end I get what I want but I have to climb 4 stairs back and forth just to get the box package that I left in my car! I argue with the cashier for what on earth he needs the headset package back, It was torn btw! But that is the only way I get my replacement and I didn't want to push it so I went with that crazy idea, just take it as an exercise.
Now the most ironic part steps in, my twins brother introduce this headset with great basshunter with crystal clear sound! Then the cashier told me neither mic nor volume control is built in this headset. Ouch, now I felt like a fool.. Recall how I stand firmly for not getting what I asked for, which is built-in mic and volume control. Neither! Guess there's a Jessica in me after all! Lmao!
But hey! It says CUSTOMER warranty, notice that the word customer comes first?
